With the holiday weekend here, it feels like spring has arrived. I adore the season. There’s something romantic and exciting about spring. Flowers are blooming, birds are singing and the weather shows the promise of warm summer days ahead.
I haven’t taken part in any Easter traditions since I was little, but I still remember how much fun it was to put on a pretty new dress to hunt down eggs filled with treats in the park. It makes me want to put on a ridiculous floral dress and host a garden tea party…Instead, we will be hosting a Game of Thrones season three viewing party with friends and I can’t wait.

Last week, my boyfriend and I went on our annual Palm Springs trip to watch some professional tennis, hike, eat Mexican food and visit The Living Desert (an animal reserve). We spent plenty of time in our hotel’s hot tub, while taking in beautiful desert mountain views and clear blue skies. It was refreshing to get out of the city and away from our apartment for a few days.
