I love plain nude colored nails. They are pretty, feminine and work for every event – day or night. But they can get boring. A quick DIY project transformed my nails from plain to fun and glamorous for a night out. To start, paint nails with two coats of a creme color. Peach and pink nudes like this one have been my go-to.
Choose one or two metallic shades. I used shimmery gold and silver.
Pour some of each lacquer onto a paper plate. Then, use a toothpick (or pointed barbecue skewer here) and dip the end into the color and dab it on the nail.
Continue this process as desired. I found three to four dots on each nail looks best.
