I wore this dress during the day (seen here) and changed it up in a few short minutes to wear later that night for dinner and drinks with friends. The vintage Azzedine Alaia heels won and I paired them with a few other dressy accessories like a delicate gold bag, chunky bracelets and a cocktail ring.
I like to keep nighttime looks simple – and a little sexy. A good pair of heels, dress and clutch is all you really need. I took off the casual belt and denim jacket, and opted for a motorcycle leather jacket instead (it gets surprisingly chilly at night and we usually try to take advantage of outdoor places). With minimal layers and accessories, the dress’ sheer overlay, asymmetrical hemline and sheer back panel standout.

Printed dress: Zara, leather jacket: Nordstrom (love this one currently on sale), heels: vintage Azzedine Alaia, bag: vintage Chanel, bracelets: Nordstrom (cuff), Sheila Fajl (bangles) and vintage (triple strand), rings: Suzanne Felsen (cocktail), Gorjana, XIV Karats and Ariel Gordon (bands).
Beauty note: To easily transition my beauty look for night, I pulled out the half braids (here) and went for a loose wave instead. On lips, I applied a brighter, bolder pink-red shade.

you look adorable and you have exquisite taste. xoxo
Those shoes are awesome! I love pairing a flouncy dress with a tight biker jacket. Bravo, girl!
