Thank You and a Candy Card

Happy weekend!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for supporting The Autumn Issue, for visiting, emailing and leaving sweet comments that make my day. The site has grown so much in just a short few months, and I’m enjoying being able to share with all of you. I hope you have enjoyed reading!

To show my gratitude, I present the candy card. This is the Valentine I mentioned here made with thick poster board, sharpies and a variety of offerings from the candy aisle (particularly those the recipient likes). The first attempt didn’t turn out perfect, but with a little tweaking (stick to smaller, thin shaped packages), it’s a thoughtful, inexpensive idea that can be used for any occasion (birthdays, Mother’s Day, graduations).

Being a new blog, I have definitely experimented a bit with the content. I know it’s a little all over the place, but I’m working on focusing more. Please let me know via email or comments if there are certain topics or posts you particularly enjoy on the site. There’s some really fun posts in the works, so stay tuned!
